Your job as Customer Service Representative
Youll have a central role in our company and you are THE contact person for our customers and (international) suppliers. Youre responsible for all common activities at the After Sales department. As a self-assured person, youll get in touch with your customers, prioritizes, always think a step ahead and will do everything possible to give your customers the best service. Some examples:
- Contact with customers by phone and email (take orders, answer questions, register customers, handle returns and complaints and other administrative tasks)

The most important aspect is that your skills and personality fit. We are looking for a social college with a positive mindset who dares to be authentic and likes to have a diverse job (customer service, sales AND administration). Of course, we do have some practical demands:
- French and English speaking (Dutch isnt necessary)
- Fulltime available (36 40 hours per week)
- Maximum 30 km from Moerdijk. Its not possible to reach us with public transport, so you need to have a car or live nearby so you can take the bike.
